Our developers get deeply involved in our customers missions, adapting algorithms to multi-dimensional data sets and real time streaming data sets to provide actionable business intelligence for our customers. 4DV Analytics uses a flat management structure to avoid unnecessary management procedures and the CEO is a just around the corner. Our employees support multiple projects, including development, operations and research and development. They work in small teams with a mix of developers and analysts to provide the best value solutions to our customers. Our employees have diverse backgrounds ranging from computer science and electrical engineering, to geography, international affairs and economics and speak various languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Java and Python.

Our core business hours are designed to allow you to get the job done while living life outside of work. Our work from home policy is assessed on a case by case basis given life and business circumstances

Personal Time Off

We encourage you to take time off to recharge, read a book, or travel. Our employees receive four weeks leave plus ten federal holidays and can rollover up to 80 hours of PTO each year

Insurance

We pay 100% of the premium for health, dental, disability, and life insurance. We also fund your health insurance deductible (60% for individual; 100% for family) up to the IRS limit via an HSA contribution. Transparency in coverage information is available at CIGNA.
